The organizational structure of Vic Group is arranged according to the strategic model set by the Board of Directors with the motto “Knowledge – Creativity – Efficiency”, Vic Group focuses on specialization and close coordination between functional centers and support departments.

General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS)

Consisting of all shareholders with voting rights, it is the highest decision-making body of the Victoria Group.

Board of Directors (BOD)

As the management agency of Vic Group, it has full authority on behalf of Vic Group to decide all issues related to the purposes and interests of the Company, except for matters under the authority of the General Meeting of Shareholders.

Control Board

Checking the rationality and legality in management and administration of business activities, while keeping accounting books and financial statements.

Regularly notify the Board of Directors of the results of operations; consult the Board of Directors before submitting reports, conclusions and recommendations to the General Meeting of Shareholders.

Board of Directors

The Board of Directors consists of 3 members including: General Director, Technical Director and Finance Director. The General Director heads the Board of Directors of the Company, is the person who runs the daily business of the Company; be supervised and responsible before the Board of Directors and before the law for the implementation of assigned rights and duties…

The Technical Director and the Finance Director are responsible for administering the affiliated departments, under the supervision of the General Director.

Design Department - construction technology application

Design consultancy, construction supervision; Effectively exploit and use materials and machines, coordinate and purchase equipment and supplies for educational development activities of Vic Group;

Plan, organize, and execute investment and business plans and projects to monitor the work progress of Vic Group.

Communication Department

Support Schools in the communication system. Ensure the consistency between the educational value system, goals, mission, vision of the schools and educational institutions of the system with the quality criteria and image of the system. Develop criteria

Education System Development Department

Invest in the management and development of member schools (Kindergarten, Primary School, Middle School and High School).

  • Developing programs of Early Childhood Education, General Education (High School, Middle School, High School) and Skills Education.
  • Coordinating with the Research and Development Department of Education Programs of member schools to develop the School Program and control the implementation of the Education Program and Project.

Customer and Project Development Department

Analyze and forecast customer care related issues.

  • Implement, propose to build educational projects to recreate a comprehensive and sustainable education ecosystem.
  • Develop cooperation to build educational programs and projects with domestic and international partners.

Department of International Cooperation & Training

Including Importing and training English programs, studying abroad consulting and linking with foreign partners.

Education Human Resource Development Department
  • Developing high-quality educational human resources to ensure the sustainability of educational institutions in the system.
  • Support administrative and human resources departments at schools and educational institutions to effectively use human resources at suitable positions.
  • Recruiting, training cooperation, evaluating educational human resources.

Financial Planning Division
  • Consists of departments: Planning, Finance, Accounting and Taxation.
  • As a consulting unit for leaders in financial and accounting management of Vic Group. Responsible for ensuring compliance with the law and business objectives; develop a financial plan; synthesize business and development investment plans in line with Vic Group’s development strategy in each period.
  • Help the Board of Directors with financial and accounting work. Supervising financial – accounting work of member units and affiliated units.
  • Advising the General Director on short-term and long-term financial strategic planning; planning short-term and long-term production and business strategies; summarize and evaluate the results of production and business activities.
